Will my insurance cover my treatment?

Your insurance representative can best advise you on reimbursement for payment. Cost of treatment typically is not wholly covered by insurance as I am an out-of-network provider, unless noted in the policy.

It is up to you to make any insurance claims. Ask for a receipt for services that you can submit for self-reimbursement. 

Payment is due at the time of service. You can pay by cash, check, credit and debit cards as well as all FSA and HSA accounts. For those accounts, documentation will be provided upon request.

What discounts are available?

Seniors who are over 72 years receive a substantial discount off regular fees (I call this the HMS discount: Hitting My Stride); and, many insurance companies offer a discounted fee through participating practitioners. My discounts to them are from 18 - 25%. Please inquire at the front desk.

Are Gift Certificates available should I like to surprise my friends, co-workers and family?

Yes, Gift Certificates are available for purchase. They can be obtained at the front desk.
