Need extra help with an acute or chronic issue? Insomnia? Lack of Energy? Back Pain? Anxiety? Cough? Digestive issues? Something else? A one on one Zoom or Facetime session can assist you with self care suggestions based on traditional East Asian medicine.

Advanced Supplemental Care

My 30 years experience as a health educator will help guide you beyond our discussions in the treatment room. Lifestyle and nutritional suggestions, input on self care along with acupressure points and techniques are discussed to promote further healing.

These sessions are designed to give you additional and personalized plans for your specific health needs. They also serve to triage, clarify and integrate your health care with other providers. They are not, however, designed to be a substitute for in person acupuncture treatment.

Sessions are based on half hour or hour sessions. Materials will be sent to you with instructions and visual aids.

Payments to be made by credit card at time of appointment. Receipts for health mentoring services are for tracking purposes only and can be provided upon request.
